Step 2 – Agent Information
In this step, we will need some specific information to complete your transition.
Here, you will provide Expert 1 Realty with your information to allow us to process and create your account.
In addition, if you have any Listings that need to be transferred, this is where you can download the proper forms.

Step 3 – BRE eLicensing
In order to complete the transition, you will need to notify the CA Bureau of Real Estate
A Salesperson or Associate Broker can use the CA BRE eLicensing system to change the employing broker on his/her record. The effective date of the change is the date the new employing broker certifies the employment through eLicensing. Click “Make the Change” to find out how…
